Every time I came home from college I’d have bagels. Whether in the city or in my hometown, the bagels here are better than anywhere else (let’s not even call Dunkin Donuts’ bagels bagels). Since they were so delicious it I’d get two every morning I went. But after three days I’d get tired of bagels. So on a seven-day trip home, I had three days worth of bagel satisfaction.
THE TRICK, is to limit yourself to one bagel a day. Then, in a seven-day span you get seven days worth of bagel satisfaction. Maybe you’re pining for another bagel after eating only one, but save it for the next go around.
