how personally biased is this statement: it was way more special to see a band on Conan / Kilborn circa 2002-04 than on any late night show today because it was pre-mp3 blog pre-web 2.0 (hah remember that) and that “indie” music hadn’t become the selling giant it is today
or was it special just because you like bands more when you’re 17.
